What are field experiences?

Field experiences are a key element of TCP coursework.

Field Experiences are required elements of TCP core coursework. These experiences typically ask participants to immerse themselves in a school environment, providing candidates with opportunities to speak to experienced educators and visit schools to gain deeper insight into the complexities of pedagogy, the school system, and the workings of the classroom.

Through the process of these tailored experiences, participants will become more knowledgeable and competent in pedagogical practices and within subject matter while discovering effective teaching practices and the importance of continued reflective practice.
