I can't access my account/I haven't received my login details.
Please try the suggestions below to get logged in and studying again.
1) Are you logging in at the right web address/url?
Please make sure that you are logging in at https://lms.teachaway.com. Be sure to bookmark this link for future login attempts.
2) Are you using the correct username?
The email that you enrolled with is your username for the course.
Did someone help you enroll? If you paid using someone else's credit card or email address, it's possible the course is listed in their name. Simply have the payee contact support to request a name change. Be sure to have them include your full name and email address in their message.
3) Does your device meet the system requirements?
This course works best on a desktop or laptop computer. Ensure you are meeting the system requirements for the course.
4) Are you using Capslock?
Your password is case-sensitive and an activated capslock button is one of the most common reasons for log-in failure. Make sure your capslock button is not activated and try again.
5) Do you need to reset your password?
If none of the recommendations above are working for you then it is time to reset your password. Click the "I've forgotten my username/password" link at lms.teachaway.com and check your e-mail to reset your password.
I never created a password.
If you're logging into your course for the first time, you should have received an email with instructions on how to create your password. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you can't find it, please use the reset password option at lms.teachaway.com.
6) Is your course overdue? Has it been over a year since you enrolled?
Have you been enrolled for over one year? If so, your course may have expired. Please contact TEFL support for assistance.
