      Where should I teach abroad as an LGBTQ+ person?

      We acknowledge that members of the LGBTQ+ community need to make extra considerations about which countries will welcome them warmly.

      We have a list of countries that we recommend based on where teach abroad opportunities are commonly available as well as laws, customs, and cultural attitudes within these countries.

      Consider teaching abroad in:

      • Spain
      • Colombia
      • Japan
      • Germany
      • Taiwan
      • Thailand
