I'm having trouble downloading a document. What should I do?
If for whatever reason you are unable to download a document through your lesson, we recommend you keep moving forward with your course and access these materials in the Additional References section. To find out how to access this section, see this article.
Documents are available as Word and PDF (ipad compatible) documents in the Additional References tab.
If you are unable to hear or see any elements in your course, you are likely experiencing a cache & flash issue.
