Can I work on other parts of my course while I'm waiting for my work to be graded?
The TEFL courses are asynchronous. This means that you can complete the units/modules in any order and you can work on units simultaneously. Just be sure to complete your lessons in order within the unit!
For instance, if you're waiting for your reflections from the first unit/module to be graded, you cannot move on to the unit test/knowledge check, but you can move onto the next unit/module.
In this video, you'll see how the lessons remain locked until you complete the previous lesson completely, however the student is able to work on the first lesson of a different unit at anytime.
Please note that you cannot complete your unit assessment until your written assignment/reflection journal has been completed successfully.
