When is technical support available?

Technical support is available weekdays from 9:00 AM EST until 5:00 PM EST.  Our staff do receive a high number of journal submissions every day so it may take slightly longer to have your journal marked as complete.

If you require technical support, please email teflsupport@teachaway.com with your students details (name and email address) as well as a short description of your problem.

Look for an announcement banner in the Support Centre or in your course for news regarding special holiday arrangements.
