# What are online job fairs and how do I attend?

Throughout the year, Teach Away holds online job fairs that give you the opportunity to connect with schools on the spot and talk about available roles at their institution.

### How it works:

**1. Select a job fair that works for you**

We know you're busy, that's why we've scheduled job fairs throughout the academic year.

**2. Submit your application**

We offer a one-click application for candidates with a complete Teach Away profile.

**3. Wait for your application to be approved**

A member of our team will review your application and set up a time to speak should you meet the minimum requirements.

Spots are limited and unfortunately, we are not able to invite all candidates to attend. We do prioritize candidates who are licensed to teach in their home country.

For more information and to register for an upcoming fair, please visit the [Online Fairs page](https://www.teachaway.com/events/job-fairs).
