      I need another copy of my TEFL certificate.

      To request another copy of your TEFL certificate, send an email to teflsupport@teachaway.com. The second copy of your physical certificate is $50 and any further copies at $15. 

      It will take 1-2 weeks to issue your digital certificate. Mailing times thereafter may vary. If you need to update your mailing address, please email teflonline@teachaway.com with your new information. 

      Physical certificates are issued monthly, the last week of every month. Please allow for 1-2 weeks before receipt of your revised digital certificate. Mailing times may vary based on your mailing address as all certificates are sent via standard mail (Canada Post).
