      Do I need to complete the online course before I register for the practicum?

      Learners must complete the 120-hour online portion of the Manhattan College TEFL Certification program before they can register in the practicum. 

      Not all learners in the Manhattan College TEFL course must complete the in-class portion. Learners can either: 

      • Register in the 120-hour online course only. 
      • Register in the 120-hour course and upgrade at any time to enroll in the practicum for an additional fee. 
      • Register in the 140-hour course which includes the online and in-person portion of the course.
