      How do I get a transcript for my course?

      Transcripts are not available for our TEFL courses, but students in the OISE TEFL course can receive a Grades Letter. 

      If you would like to request a Grades Letter, please complete the following form: Additional Documents Request Form. Your first grades letter is free, but additional copies are $15. 

      It will take 1-2 weeks to issue your digital letter. Mailing times thereafter may vary. If you need to update your mailing address, please email teflonline@teachaway.com with your new information. 

      Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, physical letters are being issued bi-weekly upon request for urgent situations (i.e. visa applications). Please email teflonline@teachaway.com to request your physical copy.
